Once you have placed the order on our website or WhatsApp or social media, it may take up to 7 days to deliver your order across Pakistan.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how to proceed with the return.

It can take 1- 3 days for the customer service team to approve a return/refund request. After that, the actual replacement may take up to 10 days. If you receive a different product or damaged product, HR Car Accessories will pay for the return shipping. However, for change of mind or any other reason, customer will need to pay for the return shipping.
